Mobile Mammogram 2020

Mobile Mammograms will be available on campus on December 2nd, 2020 between 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM in the Wellness Center parking lot.

Please read over the information below to ensure you complete the sign up process correctly. Walk-ins may be available, however, those who have booked an appointment will be given precedence.

On the day of your appointment, please remember the following:
- bring your driver's license
- bring your insurance card
- bring your completed registration forms (which will be mailed to you before hand)
- wear a two piece outfit
- do not wear deodorant, perfume or lotion in the chest area or under your arms
- know your doctor's name
- IF POSSIBLE, know when your last mammogram was and bring a CD or DISK

Results will take 7-10 days. You will receive notice in the mail concerning results

Insurance Information:
- No prescription needed for screening mammogram if 40 years or older
- If 39 years or younger a prescription is needed for a screening mammogram
- A prescription is required for a diagnostic mammogram at any age, you would need to bring this to your appointment
