Pancake Breakfast Sign up

Dear Parents,

Maria Montessori Academy is asking you to help support our Back To School Pancake Breakfast to be held on September 19, 2015.

Here is a sign up sheet with some needed items listed. Please sign yourself and/or child to help donate.

When signing up, either list your phone number in the "leave a comment" section or email it to Teara @ TearaGalbraith@gmail.com

The coordinator is the parent who will oversee the fundraiser and will serve as the go-to for the teachers in charge.

6 7lb bags of Pancake Mix (add water) brought to the school day off by 7:30 AM

1 bag gluten free pancake mix brought to the school day off by 7:30 AM

8 lbs Butter brought to the school day off by 7:30 AM

8 Ketchup bottles brought to the school day off by 8:30 AM

8 Pancake Griddles and propane stoves (perfer Propane) brought to the school day off by 7:15 AM

4 Cooks for pancakes arrive by 7:30

2 cooks for eggs arrive at 8:00am

Buffet Servers for hot food arrive at 8:30 6 servers needed

Clean UP arrive at 9:00 am 10 volunteers

20 lbs bag of ice cubes (8) brought to the school day off by 7:30 AM

High Quality Paper Plates (i.e. Chinet) enough for ~300 brought to the school day off by 8:30 AM

Plastic wear enough for ~300 brought to the school day off by 8:30 AM

10 packages/ rolls Napkins/Paper Towels be at school by 7:30 AM
