UDSM Mobile Health Van, Friday 05/27/2022, 6-8:30pm

Project Description: The mobile health van will work with individuals accessing the University District Food Bank to provide health assessments, vital sign screenings, resource referrals, and passing out essential living items.

Meeting location: U Heights Community Center parking lot at 5:45, exact location TBD. The van will be set up near U Heights. Then volunteers can organize/set up supplies.

How to prepare: You will be outdoors so please wear weather-appropriate, casual, non-provocative clothing, comfortable shoes and refrain from wearing flashy items like expensive jewelry.

Time: Fridays, 5:45pm-8:30pm

*****"Backup" volunteers will be contacted if the scheduled volunteer can no longer attend. Please do not give your slot to a friend, as we want to make it fair and to allow the next person on the list to attend.

Cancellations: If you sign-up for a session and need to cancel, please notify the Volunteer Coordinator. If canceling within 12 hours of outreach, please contact the outreach manager!
