WDC Floor Rental March 16-31, 2026 (BACK ROOM)

AGILITY EQUIPMENT IS USUALLY OUT ALL DAY THURSDAY, BUT NOT NECESSARILY SET UP IN A COURSE

* Please note that agility equipment is for use ONLY by members whose dogs are either competing in agility at or above Novice level, or who have completed the Novice Coursework WDC class AND have completed the required agility equipment rules and safety training.

$5/hour/active member, $10/hour/member, $15/hour/non-member (need a member with them) or free for junior or lifetime members and current instructors.

*****MAXIMUM RENTAL OF 12 HOURS PER THE 2 WEEK WEJOIN SHEET PER MEMBER.***** Reserving one time slot allows for 45 minutes of training time and 15 minutes to clean up and be out of the building before the next time slot if that slot is rented.

All individuals in the building using the floor counts for each hour. For example, if a group rents the floor for three hours, each individual in the group will be using three hours of rental time that week. Attending a class does not count against floor rental time. When renting the floor, all individuals renting must sign into the building and sign out and write their name, time renting, date and $$ on the envelope.

Starting June 1, 2025, the board has changed the rental of the building so if individuals sign up to use the building and do not show up, they will be charged $5 for the first no-show, $15 for the second no-show, and no rental privileges for 6 months for the third no-show. The rental must be cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled time if you cannot use the building. This change is for any member renting the building, including trainers, lifetime and active members. Room use sheets must be filled out as well. These are located on the table in each room. It is suggested if you are doing obedience or rally, please use the front room if possible and available.

Due to policy, cancellations can not be removed by anyone besides the one who made the rental. If you can’t make it and couldn’t cancel by the 3 hours before then you need to reach out to the board with the reason why you missed your scheduled time at Winnegamiedc.secretary@gmail.com

Take note: Individuals who rent the building, must leave the hallway between the front room and back room (including the hall which leads to the exit door) available for anyone to walk through and clear of dog crates. The office area must be kept available for individuals to access and the building committee has access to the building 24/7 for any reason and may show up during training classes or rental use of the building.
