2018 Pasta Feed Dinner Potluck - Friday July 27th

Set up 5:30pm
Dinner 6:00-7:00pm
Clean up 7:00-7:30pm

We will have a light practice for ALL age groups from 5-6pm. Followed by our annual pre league tradition, a pasta feed potluck dinner (located at the end of the competition pool) from 6-7pm. Please bring a carbohydrate loaded dish to share that is good for 10 people. In addition, please bring water, juices, and/or Gatorade to hydrate our team. Let's fill our swimmers up with fuel for the stamina they will need Saturday morning

Plates, cups, utensils will be provided by the board. Please also plan to stay a little to help and clean up the pool area after the dinner.
