Ozoni is a special soup that we eat  around New Year in Japan. It usually includes mochi (rice cake) and the preparation varies both by household and region.My soup is soy sauce based, with mochi, chicken and vegetables (spinach, chinese cabbage , carrot), and chicken. Let me know if you are vegetarian.
