Hello, during Maria's absence (Dec 19 to Jan 15), I am happy to teach classes in my place, Deir Ghbar. 10-11:15 am. Dec 23 class is a gift for you, so free of charge! Enjoy it. See the class dates and description. Pregnant women are very welcome for restorative class, but inform me before the class will begin. Hatha yoga classes will be use more abs It is not suitable during the pregnancy. All classes are ladies only. Please sign up on the sheet. If you want to cancel the class, please use the sheet. However, contact me (kayoymartin@yahoo.com) if you can not get in the link. JD5 per class/person except Dec 23 class. Bring your yoga mat if you have. I have few extra mats, so let me know if you want to use it. Please bring your water bottle and towels. I will anyway send you the class reminder through Email, but the class is limited 9 participants. Please remove your name if you will cancel the class after signing up.
