Our School Director, Ms. Stephanie, will be meeting with families whose children may have special medical needs. Please select a time slot below that will best accommodate your schedule. Please bring any information or medicine that may be beneficial to the meeting such as Dr.'s Notes, Inhalers, Epi Pens, Emergency Benedryl, etc. Feel free to contact the school office with any questions or concerns at 801.827.0150.
