May 10th Concert Pre-Party Planning Team

Hello! On May 10th our church will host a group of Christian musicians that evening. We are hosting a pre-party starting at 5pm for our church community that has bought tickets to help extend the experience and welcome guests onto our campus for a multi layered event! If you would like to help with the planning and execution of this event sign up below!

The time commitment is a minimum of two planning meetings (1 hr each) and/or being present day of to help with setup, execution and hosting the event! Serving on this team does NOT guarantee tickets, but the website to purchase tickets is in the e-mail you received inviting you to join this team! - I look forward to serving with you!
