[Fall 2024] UDSM Mobile Health Van ( RE-OPENED ) - Now at U-District Food Bank

Limit maximum of TWO sign-up per UDSM site. Unlimited sign-up for back-up volunteer.

*"Backup" volunteers will be contacted if a volunteer can no longer make their shift. Please DO NOT "give" your shift to a friend, as we want to make it fair and allow the next person on the list to attend.

Cancellations: If you sign-up for a session and need to cancel, please notify the Volunteer Coordinator Zain Zaidi (zzaidi@uw.edu). If canceling within 24 hours of outreach, please contact outreach manager.

How to prepare: Wear closed toed shoes and casual, comfortable clothing that is appropriate to bend over, kneel, and crouch in. Please refrain from wearing flashy accessories or clothing. Bring your UDSM or UW name badge if you have one.

UDSM Mobile Health Van

The mobile health van will work with individuals in the UDistrict Food Bank area to provide health assessments, vital sign screenings, resource referrals, and essential living items such as hygiene supplies and undergarments.

Location: U-District Food Bank, 5017 Roosevelt Way NE, Seattle, WA 98105

Time: every other Friday, 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Please arrive by 5:15 pm
