Shift Managers will have building keys and opening/closing procedures to follow and will be trained during a specific training session.
Shift Managers:
• Will train other volunteers upon their arrival.
• Will call the volunteer coordinator(s) if there is a problem.
• Will keep a daily log of follow up items, questions, concerns, etc.
• Will be invited to the soft opening event.
• Will cover regular volunteer duties as well.
• Will need to complete the Volunteer Waiver prior to store opening. (see website for details)
