Either GRADUATE or UNDERGRADUATE volunteers can sign up for this outreach!
Limit maximum of TWO sign-up per UDSM site. Unlimited sign-up for back-up volunteer.
***Please list your school/discipline, year, and phone number when signing-up!!
*"Backup" volunteers will be contacted if a volunteer can no longer make their shift. Please DO NOT "give" your shift to a friend, as we want to make it fair and allow the next person on the list to attend.
Cancellations: If you sign-up for a session and need to cancel, please notify the Volunteer Coordinator Theo Lartey (theo555@uw.edu). If canceling within 12 hours of outreach, please contact outreach manager!
How to prepare: Mask is required. Wear closed toed shoes and casual, comfortable clothing that is appropriate to bend over, kneel, and crouch in. Please refrain from wearing flashy items like expensive jewelry. Bring your UDSM or UW name badge if you have one!

OneHealth Clinics occur at New Horizons. We serve unhoused young adults and their pets. UDSM students serve as patient navigators to improve accessibility of healthcare for the human and their pets through a collaboration with Neighborcare, WSU School of Veterinary Medicine, and UW's One Health Center
