[Summer 2022] UDSM OneHealth Sign-up

Either GRADUATE or UNDERGRADUATE volunteers can sign up for this outreach!
Limit maximum of TWO sign-up per UDSM site. Unlimited sign-up for back-up volunteer.
***Please list your school/discipline, year, and phone number when signing-up!!
*"Backup" volunteers will be contacted if a volunteer can no longer make their shift. Please DO NOT "give" your shift to a friend, as we want to make it fair and allow the next person on the list to attend.
Cancellations: If you sign-up for a session and need to cancel, please notify the Volunteer Coordinator Mindy Tran (thi3744@uw.edu). If canceling within 12 hours of outreach, please contact outreach manager!
How to prepare: Wear casual, non-provocative clothing, comfortable shoes and refrain from wearing flashy items like expensive jewelry. Bring your UDSM or UW name badge if you have one!

OneHealth Clinics occur at a New Horizons Ministries and serve unhoused young adults and their pets. UDSM students serve as patient navigators to improve accessibility of healthcare for the human and their pets through a collaboration with Neighborcare, WSU School of Veterinary Medicine, and UW's One Health Center
