ACS School Outreach - August 2026: Passport Renewal Services

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT.

EACH applicant requesting a service must book their own slot/appointment.

Please be on time for your scheduled appointment.

We cannot accept incomplete, improperly filled out, or handwritten applications.

PASSPORT applicants:
• Please visit our passport navigator (https://tinyurl.com/bdzxpdr3) for guidance on required passport application forms and the required supporting documents.
• Please note: you MUST fill out required forms for your service ahead of your appointment, and they must be filled online using the Form Filler. Print the barcoded application to bring to your appointment. We cannot accept handwritten or non-barcoded applications.

You must pay for your DS-11 or DS-82 application ahead of time!
