Experience Rollins Open House

As I shared in the team meeting, we will be moving forward with supporting the Experience Rollins Open House (1-3 pm) events along with other areas on campus. Below is a WeJoinIn. Please Sign up for at least one. It would be nice if we have two folks signed up for each. They see this as a very simple drop in opportunity where potential students and their families will stop by to ask questions. We have no idea what the traffic will look like, it will be simple, and you can probably multitask while you are there.

Please note this is in addition to the Resources Fairs (1230-1:30), and the times do overlap a bit, so be mindful of that when signing up. Faye thought it might be a good idea to have additional/optional “Open Houses” for certain departments on campus, that would allot an hour or so in the afternoon to allow families to stop by if they wanted to have a more in-depth conversation. This would allow families to actually visit the office/department, familiarize themselves with the space and maybe a certain staff member.
