Parents' Info Lounge - Parents Weekend/Homecoming 2019

Support the Parents' Hospitality/Info Tent on Friday and Saturday, October 18 and 19. Engage with primarily first-year parents who will be dropping in for informal meet and greets with campus leadership in between their scheduled program activities. Refreshments will be provided for visitors and volunteers throughout the two days.

Hourly speakers include: the chancellor; vice chancellors of student affairs, administration and public affairs; college deans, faculty and graduate division leaders; and staff from Career Center, advising, residential life, safety, etc.

You will help provide campus directions, pass out Cal Parent buttons, stickers, parent resource guides. Friday hours are 10:00 am - 3:00 pm; Saturday hours are: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. To join in the Parents Weekend/Homecoming fun,

Click on the "Join" button on the cell you wish to sign up for;
Fill out your name and email on the popup box; and
Click on the "Join" button. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
