I am so happy to invite you to the Day Yoga Retreat @ Mountain Breeze 2023!
Eri Yver will join us this year too to perform live flute music during the savasana (final relaxation)

Event schedule, but it is subject to change.
(8:15 Departure from Amman)
9:30-9:50 Opening ceremony, set intention, opening meditation.
10:05-10:35 Hatha yoga
10:50-11:30 Yoga Pilates (Pilates & Yin Yoga)
11:30-11:50 Relaxation
with live flute music by Eri Yver
12-12:10 Closing Ceremony
12:20- lunch

(1:15/1:30 departure from Mountain breeze)

Transportation is NOT included in the participation fee. Carpooling may be possible with other participants.
Participation fee is 25JD/participants including vegetarian meals and tea/coffee.

FYI, distance between my apartment to the Mountain breeze is 35 KM, about 45-60 minutes drive. It is a scenic road. Very beautiful.
