Longhorn Singers Fall 2018 Auditions

Welcome to the Longhorn Singers Fall 2018 Audition Sign-Up Page!

Auditions are 6 minutes during the following time:
Sunday, August 26th from 2-4pm
Monday, August 27th from 12-5pm
Tuesday, August 28th from 12-5pm
They will take place in MRH 5.138.
If the available times do not work for you, please notify us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Callbacks will take place immediately following auditions on the evening of August 29th from 5-9, also in the Butler School of Music.

Auditions will consist of 3 sections:
1. A 1:30 excerpt of a song (traditionally jazz standard or musical theatre) that shows off your vocal range (will be acapella)
2. A sight reading section
3. The Star Spangled Banner starting from "And the rockets' red glare"
4. Pitch memorization
Please provide your name and voice part in your sign-up, along with your phone number in the comments section.
