#summerSERVE - Saturday, May 30, 2015 with Clean the World

A campus community initiative, #summerSERVE connects students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends of Rollins College giving them the opportunity to continue their engagement with the local community throughout the summer. Through direct service, community engagement, and education, #summerSERVE provides the chance for everyone involved to build meaningful relationships.

Volunteers are invited to partner with Clean the World to participate in a day of service. Clean the World focuses on HEALTH and SUSTAINABILITY; they recycle and re-purpose hygiene products for those in need across the world. Participants will be sorting through discarded soap and plastic bottles received from local hotels.

Please meet at the Cornell Fine Arts Museum at 8:15am. Transportation and snacks will be provided. Also, remember to bring a water bottle, closed toe shoes, and a #summerSERVE t-shirt (if you have one). Also please note that for this event, Clean the World requires volunteers to be at least 8 years old. We plan to be back at Rollins by 12:30pm.
