Back to School 5K set up Saturday September 19, 2015

Dear Parents,

Maria Montessori Academy is asking to help support our Back To School 5K held on September 19, 2015.

Here is a sign up sheet with some needed items listed. Please sign yourself up to help.

When signing up, either list your phone number in the "leave a comment" section or email it to Teara @ TearaGalbraith@gmail.com

The coordinator is the parent who will oversee the fundraiser and will serve as the go-to for the teachers in charge.

September 19, 2015 5K Setup 12 Parent/Adult Volunteers 6:00am-7:30am

Reigistration Table 6 Parent/Adult Volunteers 7:00-7:50am

Donation: Small Dixie Solo Cups for H2O passed out to runners (300)

Hand out H2o at Water Station during the race 4 parent/adult volunteers be at school by 7:30 AM

Timers and Recording 5 Volunteers be at school by 7:30 AM

Race Bag passing out 3 volunteers be at school by 7:30 AM

lap sticker hand out 4 volunteers be at school by 7:30 AM

tear down/clean up 10 volunteers be at school by 8:30 AM
