Please join your friendly Sangha during preparation and set-up for the 2017 Obon Festival (Sat/Sun July 22/23). Any amount of time is most appreciated.
Friday: Gym and Booth set-up, veggie cutting
Monday: Return items to storage

Thursday, 7/20 6:30-8:30 pm (8 Bruins)

Friday, 7/21 6:00-9:00 pm 12 set-up/10 veggie

Monday 6:00-9:00 pm break-down, storage

Set-up (bring work gloves)

Booth/Gym setup

Meat Prep (Chow Mein)
