Please sign up for ONE slot and arrive 15 minutes prior to your audition slot to fill out an audition form.

Monologue is encouraged but not required.

Character Descriptions:
Truvy Jones: The vivacious, wise, and wisecracking owner of the beauty shop. She is a romantic who loves her work and offers advice with plenty of hairspray.
Annelle Dupuy-Desoto: The shy, nervous, and mysterious new assistant who grows from a timid, insecure person into a religious, outspoken woman.
Clairee Belcher: The wealthy, witty widow of the former mayor. A "grande dame" who loves football, sarcasm, and gossip, she often provides comic relief.
Shelby Eatonton-Latcherie: The prettiest girl in town. She is strong-willed, passionate, and optimistic, but her life is threatened by severe diabetes.
M'Lynn Eatonton: Shelby’s mother and a career woman. She is practical, loving, and protective, struggling to manage her fear for her daughter's health.
Ouiser Boudreaux: A wealthy, acerbic curmudgeon who appears mean but has a good heart. She is "Southern to the core" and best friends with Clairee.

Callbacks will be held on Wednesday, April 8th and Thursday, April 9th.

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE: Sunday: 4:00pm – 7:00pm, Monday and Wednesday: 7:00pm -10:00pm

TECH WEEK: Sunday, May 31st – June 4th

Friday, June 5th at 7:30pm
Saturday, June 6th at 7:30pm
Sunday, June 7th at 3:00pm

Employee Night performance (pick up): Thursday, June 11th at 7:30pm.

Friday, June 12th at 7:30pm
Saturday, June 13th at 7:30pm
Sunday, June 14th at 3:00pm
