Bagels y Buddies Colibri Preschool Picnic - October 23rd at 10am (Lake Temescal)

Come join us at the Bagels y Buddies Preschool Picnic. All volunteers please plan to join at 9:45am for set-up. Please sign up for clean-up crew as that will be a very important and easy task! You're free to sign-up for as many tasks as you would like.

Please note: all receipts can be easily submitted to CAP via email cap@colibripreschool.com for reimbursement.

Picnic Volunteer Co-Chair (arrive by 9:45am, day of contact)

Set-up helper (9:45am)

Clean-up helpers (12-12:30pm)

Clean-up Co-Chair Volunteer (stay until 12:30pm to make sure everything has been picked up)

5 Dozen Bagels (Plain, Sesame, Poppy) and 6 tubs of cream cheese (4 plain, 1 veggie, 1 vegan) Order, pick-up and bring to picnic

1 - 6 foot tables with tablecloths

1 - 6 foot table with tablecloths

4 Coffee Carafes (about 60 cups) cups, milk and sugar

2 large fruit salads

Paper Products: 100 plates, 50 bowls, 100 napkins, a few extra trash bags

2 bunches of balloons

4 cartons of Orange Juice

Stomp Rockets

Bubble Machine and Bubble solution
