Cloud Nine - Chair Massage Signup

Chris and Alba from Cloud Nine Massage Therapy will be onsite on Wednesdays. They will provide15-minute massages chair massages. Please note 1 appointment per person is allotted per month.

Chair Massage location information:
o Building 1851 with Alba

o Building 1601 with Chris
1601, 1st Floor: Phone Room (107)

Sign up Information:
o Masks required
o Chair massages will be given on a first come first serve sign-up basis only
o Employees will only be allowed to sign up for one spot 15 minute spot per month

o All details below are required to book and complete your massage appointment

***Please note: if your signup is incomplete it can be cancelled and your spot will be removed

Missed Appointment Policy:
o Policy for a missed or forgotten appointment requires you to pay $20.00 for the missed session
o If you can no longer attend your appointment, please identify a replacement and contact Jennifer Ng (jng@exelixis.com) with their name ASAP to confirm the change

Chair massages are performed on a comfortable, ergonomically designed massage chair. Our massage therapists help to remove stress and reduce muscle tension while you remain comfortable in your work attire.
