Hello, I am happy to teach "how to make rolled Sushi (Maki) to you. I will provide the ingredients and material, but please bring your own cutting board, bread knife, apron, pen and a container for bringing sushi back to home. The printed recipe will be provided. Each participant will practice two rolls. The door will be open 10. Please arrive early for cup of coffee and chat. Free of charge, but the donation to the Mercy Corp through CLO will be required. Thank you in advance.
