FA '24 October Blood Drive (10/17) Sign Up!

Hi everybody! We hope you are having a great start to your semester and are staying safe and healthy. The October Blood Drive is coming up! We would love for y'all to help with our blood drive this month. If you are comfortable and able to volunteer, please consider helping out! To reduce the number of people during the actual drive, the American Red Cross only needs four volunteers per shift: two to help with registration, one person to canteen, and one to wipe down stations/seats to maintain sanitary quality. This month the blood drive will be at MLK Student Union Bldg - East Pauley Ballroom! If you are in the Berkeley area and have time to help out, please do! Each hour counts towards your general member requirement- make sure to log it in Volunteer Connection. The staff will be taking extra precautionary measures by wiping down the beds and stations after each donor while maintaining the 6ft distancing. On the day of the drive, anyone with a temperature of over 99.6 will be asked not to donate. Please consider wearing a mask. Regards,
