Thanksgiving, Christmas and Advent Special Services 2019 - Hospitality

Hello!

We want to make it easy for you to serve this Christmas Season. This can be a really busy time of year for us, as we prepare to celebrate the birth of Christ, finish projects and plan to meet with friends and family.

Take a moment and mark down which service you'll be serving at this season: Thanksgiving, Advent, Christmas...oh my! Sign up for as many services as you would like and just pick a time that works best for you!

Please note that there are time changes this year, since Christmas Eve lands on a Sunday. The first service (Children's Ministry service) has been moved up to 11 am, and the other services have moved up also, except the 11 pm.

Coffeehouse (ensure coffeehouse and hot cocoa station are clean, pass out cookies, make coffee if needed)

Ushers/Greeters (greet as people arrive, collect offering, pass out Next Steps booklet, clean sanctuary after service)

Team Captain (organize volunteers and ensure all spots are covered)

Information Station (answer questions, welcome new guests)

Christmas Eve (Family Christmas Eve service) 12.24 @ 11 am (arrive by 9:30 to serve)

Christmas Eve 12.24 @ 3pm (arrive by 2:00 to serve)

Christmas Eve 12.24 @ 5pm (arrive by 4:00 to serve)

Christmas Eve 12.24 @ 11pm *Communion Service* (arrive by 10:30 to serve)
