Hanabi Judo Free Trial-Demo Class for 2nd-5th Grade 01/07/20!

Join us and get a glance of a Hanabi Judo class. Hajime! (Begin!) establishes a strong base of judo technique, culture, and character. We start by learning to introduce ourselves in Japanese. Fun tumbling, jumping and running activities warm us up before we practice our ukemi or falling techniques: Hajime students learn to fall safely and effortlessly. Every Hajime class finishes with games that develop physical coordination, balance and laugh-ter. We sing in Japanese about inspiration and bow to each other respectfully. Then we say
"arigotoh," thank you. Respect and discipline are as much a part of Hanabi as smiling.

When: Tuesday, January 7, 2020 from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm
Where: 1st Floor Gallery

**In order for students to attend this class, parent must complete and return the Hanabi Judo Form by Tuesday, January 7th at San Pablo reception before 12:30 PM.
