Hi,
Our friend and leader, Lynne Ozawa, has come down with shingles! She could use our help with dinners for her family (enough for 4 please).
Meals twice a week: Mondays and Wednesdays
• Drop off time: between 4pm-6pm
• Casseroles, salads, soups preferred
• Avoid meat
• No tomatoes, no potatoes
• No whole grains
