Maria Alfaro, who is a Neurogenic Yoga instructor from California, USA will be in Amman for 10 days.
Neurogenic Yoga is a revolutionary new technique in trauma healing and stress reduction.
Neurogenic Yoga is an integrative method that combines yoga asana and pranayama with Neurogenic tremors. Neurogenic tremoring is based on Dr. David Berceli’s technique of Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises™ (TRE ™).

Most people describe this experience as pleasant and relaxing and report many improvements in their physical and emotional state.
Maria will give us a session @ my place in Dair Ghabir. It will be a wonderful experience. Do not miss it.
