Longhorn Singers - Spring 2026 Auditions
Welcome to the Longhorn Singers Spring 2026 Audition Sign-Up Page!
Please fill out the following mandatory form BEFORE your audition:
Auditions are 7 minutes during the following times:
Friday, January 16th: 5:00pm - 9:00pm, Orchestra Room: Butler School of Music, MRH 2.118
Saturday, January 17th: 9:00am - 2:00pm, Band Hall: Butler School of Music
If the available times do not work for you, please notify us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Auditions will consist of 4 sections:
1. A 1:30 excerpt of a song that demonstrates your vocal range (will be a capella, must be memorized). Your starting pitch can be provided if needed.
2. A short sight reading section (similar to TX All-State excerpts)
3. Vocal warm-ups
4. Pitch memorization

------ If you are willing to sing more than one voice part, please add those as well. Ex: alto 2 and tenor 1, soprano 1 and 2
***Please prioritize earlier timeslots, unless you have a specific conflict***
Callbacks will take place on the evening of Sunday, January 18th from approximately 6:00 - 9:00 PM. Callbacks will have a group singing portion and a dancing portion. Please dress accordingly! You will be notified if you got a callback by email on the day of or night before.
