Christmas Art Fest

We’re so excited for this year’s Grove Christmas Art Fest! Our Grove Kids team will be hosting the Ornament-Making Station, and we’d love your help to make this night special for our community. We will have volunteers help set up, help kids and families create custom Christmas ornaments, offer some face painting, and help tear down and clean up!

Volunteer Roles & Shifts:

3:00–4:00 PM → Set-Up Crew (help unload supplies, prep tables, and organize materials)
4:00-5:00 PM → Shift 1: Art Station Volunteers (assist families with ornament-making, face painting)
5:00–6:00 PM → Shift 2: Art Station Volunteers (assist families with ornament-making, face painting)
6:00–7:00 PM → Shift 3: Art Station Volunteers (assist families with ornament-making, face painting)
7:00–8:00 PM → Shift 4: Art Station Volunteers (assist families with ornament-making, face painting)
8:00–9:00 PM → Evening Crew & Tear Down (help clean up, and pack supplies)
