Angel Tree Party Volunteers

The Angel Tree Planning Team would love your help in preparing for and running a Christmas party for the children who will be receiving Angel Tree gifts. Whether it's providing food or helping to run the party or talking with the caregivers, please consider helping to make this Christmas special for these children! The party will be help in Zion's Fellowship Hall on Saturday, Dec. 10th from 11am-1pm.

Crafts (Party Volunteer)- Help the children make pre-planned crafts

Games (Party Volunteer)- Aid the children in playing pre-planned games

Food and Drink (Party Volunteer)- set up lunch and replenish food at the party

Storytelling (Party volunteer) - tell the children the story of Jesus' birth.

Help at the gift table (hand out gifts)

Help at check-in table

Donate bags of chips (snack size or large bag)

Donate 2 dz. cookies

Donate 2 dz. dollar roll chicken salad sandwiches

Donate cheese, crackers, sausage plate

Donate a fruit tray

Donate a veggie tray

Donate 2dz hamburger buns

Donate turkey or ham and cheese sandwiches

Organize and run the photo booth
