Día de los Muertos Meal Kit

The Cowell Coffee Shop and El Centro will be offering a Día de los Muertos Meal Kit highlighting local and Latinx food pathways and sustainable farm-to-table practices. Each meal kit will come with the ingredients to prepare pan de muerto, pozole rojo, and agua fresca. A limited number of vegan kits will also be available. Meal kits will provide a partially prepped meal for 4-6 people.

The distribution will be on Monday, November 1st from 3-5pm.

On Thursday, October 28th, there will be a Día de los Muertos Arts and Craft event at the Cowell Coffee Shop! There will be crafts, sugar skull decorating, noche de cuentos, and a tamale station.

Tuesday, November 2nd will be the main Día de los Muertos event at the Quarry Amphitheater! El Centro, in collaboration with the Quarry and the CoCo, will be holding a space to grieve and celebrate the life of past loved ones and moments. Please join for a night of performances, music, and comunidad.
