Kinder-Whales: November 2015 Parent-Teacher Conferences

Dear Kinder-Whale Families,

Parent teacher conferences are just around the corner! Our conference dates are from November 12th - November 17th. Please use this online form to schedule your parent-teacher conference by no later than November 6th, 2015. Simply click on JOIN below and enter in parent's name/child's name and Email [Example: King Triton (father)/Ariel (daughter)]. You may also leave a comment if there is any additional information that you would like to share with me.

REQUEST FOR A TRANSLATOR:
If you would like to request a translator, please leave a comment specifying the language spoken. If you would like to bring your own translator, please indicate that you will be doing so by also leaving a comment.

IMPORTANT:
Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email from me as a reminder of your scheduled conference date and time. The email will also include a conference form with questions for you to consider prior to your scheduled conference. All confirmation emails will be sent out by Monday, November 9th.

RESCHEDULING CONFERENCES:
If you'd like to reschedule your conference time for any reason, please DO NOT sign up for another time slot. Instead, please email me ASAP at vlorenzana@musd.org with your request to reschedule along with your availability (preferred date and time), and I will do my best to accommodate you!
