PLEASE ONLY SIGN UP FOR ONLY 1 SHIFT FOR TIME TRIALS.

On the Day of the Meet, you must check in with the Meet Managers to receive your lanyard, job assignment, & equipment needed for the day. We will have a table set up near the Kiddy pool on the deck area in front of the men's bathroom. You must check out with us to return stop watches, clip boards, lanyards. In order to receive credit YOU MUST check in and out with us.

Reminder Time Trials doesn't count for your volunteer time for the summer, only 1 position per Family. This will help new families gain experience on how the meet is ran and it ensures we run smoothly.
New Families, do not be afraid to ask questions of our veteran Families or any Board Members! We are all here to help.

Since we have over 80 families this season, we will now be splitting the duties of Timers, Plunger and Recorders! There will be a switch between Breaststroke and Backstroke.
PLEASE REPORT TO YOUR ASSIGNED LANE/POSITION AT THE 15-18 GIRL'S BREASTSTROKE so we may transition quickly, this will be a trial and if it works smoothly without delay than we will continue for all meets including away meets.
