The Elizabeth Gregory Home is a day shelter that serves adults who identify as women. As volunteers, we meet with women to listen to their health concerns, check vitals and to provide education on the referral process and available healthcare services.
Location: Elizabeth Gregory House (North of University Lutheran through the glass doors on the lower levels). Meet at University Lutheran (1604 NE 50th St) on 16th Ave NE.
Time: 9am-9:30am (orientation & set up), 9:30am-12pm patient time
How to prepare: Wear casual, non-provocative clothing, comfortable shoes and refrain from wearing flashy items like expensive jewelry. Bring your UDSM or UW name badge if you have one!

**Cancellations: If you sign-up for a session and need to cancel, please notify the Volunteer Coordinator. If canceling within 12 hours of outreach, please contact outreach manager!
**"Backup" volunteers will be contacted if volunteers can no longer fill their slot. Please do not give your volunteer slot to a friend, as we want to make it fair and to allow the next person on the list to attend.
