Employee Appreciation Luncheon and Gift Cards April 10, 2026

The annual Employee Appreciation Luncheon will be Friday, April 10 at 12:00 (noon). Because it is a grading day, many faculty will opt to grade at home. To simplify things, the Parents’ Association will provide a Panera sandwich for employees on campus. If you are able to help with sides, drinks or desserts, please sign up below!

*Perishable donations may be dropped off in the Phoenix on Friday morning between 11:00-12:00, non perishable may be dropped off at your convenience that week.
* If you order from Wegmans or Panera, schedule for pickup between 10:30 and 11:15 and we will pick it up. You just need to let us know what you ordered and what time it will be ready!

* If you are making something at home, please include a list of ingredients and remember, no nuts. Please send homemade food in containers that you do not want back.

*Gift cards can be dropped of at the labeled box at reception.
