Thanks for serving at the 4th of July event at St. John--the biggest and best July 4th party in West County.This is a great opportunity to invite friends and family to watch the fireworks, enjoy free food and drinks, as well as free games, activities and bounce houses. We want to WOW everyone with great hospitality!!

This type of event is great for families to serve together, while enjoying their holiday. If you sign-up below, you will be contacted with more details. Team captains will also be reaching out to you closer to the day of the event. When you check-in, we will provide you with a St. John t-shirt so our guests can easily identify you, too.

11:30 am (stage set-up only!)

Captain (3:30-9pm for food, 5-9pm for activities)

3:30pm-5pm (Before the event)

5pm-9pm (During the event)

9pm-10:30pm (Clean-up and post-event)

Parking (On the lot 5:00 until full, and again at 10:00 for unloading)

Hot Dogs (Assist with prepping before event, serving during, clean-up at dark)

Water (Assist with prepping before event, serving during, clean-up at dark)

Popcorn (Assist with prepping before event, serving during, clean-up at dark)

Greeters (Welcome guests onto campus and guide them if needed)

Information/First Aid (Inside Cornerstone be available for questions or basic first aid assistance)

Bounce Houses (Watch over bounce houses for safety and interact with kids)

Field Games (Help monitor field game activities, hand out prizes, keep area clean)

Clean Up / Tear Down (Assist with general clean-up during the event and after)

Stage set-up and tear-down (help put stage together for bands and tear down after fireworks 4-6 volunteers needed each time)
