FIS Staff Appreciation Lunch 2019 - Food / Volunteers

Dear Parents/Carers,

Presenting staff with a wonderful international buffet is a long-standing FIS tradition and one which the staff really appreciate.
Bring a home-made or shop-bought dish for all to share at the annual FIS Staff Appreciation Brunch on Thursday 23 May in the Multipurpose Room (behind the Aula).

Please click on JOIN and let us know what you'll be bringing by writing the name of the dish in the comments line. The FIS team has now grown to about 200 members of staff - so we will need a LOT of food to feed them all. If your dish can feed more than 10 people then please be sure to sign up for multiple slots accordingly.

On May 23rd - please leave your dishes at Reception at drop off or bring it straight to the Multipurpose Room behind the Aula. Make sure your containers are clearly labeled with your child's name and class as we will put all containers back into the reception area for your collection later. Please bring your dishes in by 10am latest as we will open the Buffet at 11:00am!!!

If you are free and can help out on the day please join in with this fun event and let us know by putting your name against a time slot below. The more the merrier!

DESSERTS - SWEETS and CAKES etc - 25 dishes needed to serve 10 people each

20 BAGUETTES - please provide 2 per slot

4 pieces BUTTER and 2 tubs MARGERINE

10:00 - 11:00 Set Up - 10 volunteers required

11:00 - 12:00 Helping out - 8 volunteers required

12:00 - 13:00 Helping out - 8 volunteers required

13:00 - 14:00 Helping out / Pack up - 5 volunteers required
