2022 DAY, DATE, Volunteer signup TEMPLATE (copy)

Setup: 4:30 PM - 5:55 PM
Warmup: 5 PM
Time Trials START: 5:30 PM
Time Trials END: 8 PM

On the Day of the Meet, you must check in with the Meet Managers to receive your lanyard, job assignment, & equipment needed for the day. We will have a table set up near the Kiddy pool on the deck area in front of the men's bathroom. You must check out with us to return stop watches, clip boards, lanyards.

Reminder: Time Trials doesn't count for your volunteer time for the summer. This will help new families gain experience on how the meet is ran and it ensures we run smoothly.
New families, do not be afraid to ask questions of our veteran families or any Board Members!
