Max 12 participants.

The Fall Equinox is coming soon, when the light and the dark make up equal parts of the day, marks the beginning of the harvesting and composting phases of the year. As the weather gets cooler, we begin to draw energy inward, lending us time to pause, reflect, take stock of and process what came of the summer growing season.

This is a great time to appreciate mother nature, connect to the Earth and yourself to prepare for the coming winter.

The workshop is a unique combination to use 2 different methods to take you to a grounded state and will expand feelings of gratitude.

Sound healing by Alvaro, Yin yoga led by Kayo

Sound healing is a form of healing that uses different vibrations to heal the body, mind and spirit. It works on two principles: That different emotions vibrate at different levels, and that blocked, or unexpressed emotions, are the main source of dis-ease.

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, meditative yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time to target the connective tissues rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.
