Sign-Up To Be a Concurrent Session Facilitator at the 2015 CUPA-HR Southern Region Conference in Nashville!

Thank you for registering for the 2015 CUPA-HR Southern Region Conference in Nashville! We are less than two weeks from the conference and we are seeking volunteers from throughout the region to serve as a concurrent session facilitators. This is an excellent way to get involved and contribute to the conference without a significant time commitment while promoting the professional strength of our association. What is a Concurrent Session Facilitator?

• Introduce the concurrent session speakers
• Remind attendees to complete short online surveys to share feedback about the session
• Stay in the session room to address logistics
• Thank the speaker(s) at the end of the session
• Smile and have fun! 

How Can I Volunteer to Be a Concurrent Session Facilitator?

• Please sign-up to be a volunteer by selecting a concurrent session below (please scroll down to see all of the concurrent sessions).
• One concurrent session facilitator is needed for each session (24 volunteers needed) and you can sign-up for more than one session.
• Each concurrent session facilitator volunteer is filled on a first come, first “signed-up” basis – so don’t delay sign up today!
• Please sign-up no later than Wednesday, February 25th.
• Additional information and logistics about your volunteer role will be made available with your conference badge at the registration table in Nashville.

Our regional conferences bring together old friends, new contacts, and generous sponsors who continue to support YOU! Your attendance, active participation, ability to volunteer and willingness to share your professional knowledge is what makes these conferences so unique. Your Southern Region Board, Conference Program Committee and CUPA-HR staff have been working hard to make your conference experience meaningful and fun.
