Stay involved in Leadership Winter Park and make a commitment to the success of this program and its initiatives. The best way to make things happen and invoke change, is to be a part of it. Add your name to the committee(s) you would like to join.

PANCAKE BREAKFAST COMMITTEE
Meeting Dates: Monthly September - December
Purpose: Plan, coordinate and execute annual fundraising event held December 8th.

OKTOBERFEST / ALUMNI SOCIAL COMMITTEE
Meeting Dates: Monthly July - October
Purpose: Plan, coordinate and execute annual Oktoberfest fundraising event held on October 24th.

RECRUITMENT COMMITTEE
Meeting Dates: Monthly January - June
Purpose: Identify potential candidates, serve as program ambassador and assist in selection process.

LEGACY FUND COMMITTEE
Meeting Dates: Quarterly throughout the year
Purpose: Review and make recommendations for fund contribution and distribution.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE
Meeting Dates: Monthly throughout the year
Purpose: Create monthly e-newsletter, collect alumni info and support social media marketing.

DEVELOPMENT & MEMBER ENGAGEMENT COMMITTEE
Meeting Dates: Monthly throughout the year
Purpose: Engage current and potential donors/sponsors as well as program alumni.

YOUTH LEADERS:
Meeting Dates: Monthly January - August
Purpose: Plan and facilitate, Youth Leaders, a summer leadership development and community-awareness program for rising high school sophomores, juniors and seniors.
