Foster Family Appointment Sign-Up

Project Lemonade is a Back-to-School clothing distribution for FOSTER CHILDREN in the Portland Metro/Tri-County area.

This sheet allows families and/or caseworkers to sign-up for appointments for FOSTER CHILDREN to shop for free at the Project Lemonade store.
Appointments are scheduled in 30 minute increments, however you can shop as long as you'd like.
***Appointments are necessary***
Please pick a day/time that works for you and click JOIN. Enter your name and email address in the applicable fields; and include the age & gender for each FOSTER CHILD that will be shopping.
The Project Lemonade store will be open daily from Monday, August 20 - Monday, September 3th.
Please do not include questions on the sign-up sheet, if you have any specific questions about eligibility PLEASE please contact: volunteer@projectlemonadepdx.org.
You will receive confirmation and follow-up information at the email address you use to sign-up; so please watch for these emails in the coming weeks.
