Freezer Meal Cooking Event - May 6, 2023

Come join in a Meal Ministry Freezer Cooking Event on May 6th!

Where: ULC Kitchen
When: May 6th from 9/9:30am to 1pm (at the latest, we could be done much earlier!)

Attendees will prepare a variety of meals for their own freezers and we will all cook at least one (or more) portions of each meal for the Meal Ministry.

Attendees will pay a cost that covers ingredients and containers for their own meals, plus a nominal donation toward Meal Ministry supplies.

Current plan for meals include:
-shepherd's pie
-ham and cheese sliders
-taco meat
-turkey pesto paninis
-black bean soup

Let me know if you want smaller pans (for an individual or couple) or bigger pans (for a family) for the food you prepare. When you sign up, indicate it like this:
Jane (small pans)
Carol (large pan)

We can have up to 8-9 people making family size meals for this event (e.g., if two people from one family want to come help cook, but only take home one meal for their families, they would sign up as one person). If someone signs up to take smaller pans, they would have the same amount of food, just divided into smaller pans.
