Unified Arts Parent Conferences 2021-2022

Conferences will take place through ZOOM or IN PERSON on Thursday, November 4th.

On Conference day, we will not be able to accept “drop-in” appointments. We understand life happens, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment (or if you join the Zoom meeting outside of your scheduled appointment window) we will not be able to fit you in, as typically slots fill up. Please contact TEACHER NAME to reschedule.

1. click “JOIN”.

2. Add your full name and email

3. Click on the plus sign to open up the comments box

4. Please type your child’s full name

5. Please specify if you want a Zoom or in person conference in the comments box by typing either the word or words “Zoom” or “In Person.”

6. After successfully signing up for a conference you will receive an email from Wejoin, confirming your time slot and containing directions should you need to cancel your conference time.

  1. Click on the "Join" button on the cell you wish to sign up for.
  2. Fill out your name and email on the popup box.
  3. Click on the "Join" button. An email will be sent to you and you’ll be well on your way!
