Welcome to the Volunteer Sign-Up for Kehilla's Annual Retreat at Bort Meadow! Please view our needs below, and sign-up for what you can do. If this seems too confusing (or if you have any questions), feel free to contact Beth at (510) 547-2424 ext. 106 or Beth@KehillaSynagogue.org and I can sign you up. Volunteering at the retreat is a wonderful way to help out your community, get to know someone you may not already know and it is lots of fun!

**Instructions: As soon as you sign in, you are done. However, this site will NOT remind you of your promise to be of help. If you bookmark the site, you can return to it easily.
When, AND ONLY WHEN, you sign in you can also write a comment.
You will receive an email confirming your sign up and with a cancellation link if you need to cancel.

Help prepare food for the retreat in Kehilla's kitchen! 10am-3pm (please list time avaialble)

Load the truck at Kehilla. Friday 11am-1pm

Unload the truck at Bort Meadow on Friday 2pm-4pm

Welcome people to the retreat on Friday night, 7pm

Setup for Friday services at Bort Meadow. 7pm

Friday evening, help Beth make sure that all food is properly stored back in the truck

Saturday at 7am, Get up early and help Beth with making coffee & oatmeal, and put out milk & cereals.

Saturday starting at 9am-2pm, greet everyone at the welcome tent. (please list time you are available)

Saturday at 9am-Help service leaders set-up tables & chairs, put out siddurs & candles, and other ritual items.

Set up Lunch on Saturday 11:30

Help with lunch cleanup on Saturday, 1:30 ish

Start the BBQ 3:30pm on Saturday

Dinner prep on Saturday 4pm

clean up dinner on Saturday night

Help load the truck, put away food on Saturday night before the talent show

Sunday, 7am Setup Breakfast with Beth

Sunday, 9am Cleanup breakfast

Sunday, 10am-Help pack-up and load everything back into our truck and clean up any trash.

Sunday, Help unload our truck at Kehilla 11:30am-1:30pm
