2026 Holt Commencement Volunteer Sign-up

Please join us in one of the most celebratory moments of the academic year: Commencement. It may be hard to believe, but Commencement 2026 is just around the corner! As many of you know, this amazing event could not happen without the support of campus volunteers. This is an exceptional opportunity to connect with the campus community and celebrate our graduates.

We are requesting volunteers - please see the sign-up below for the Holt Commencement ceremony. Holt Commencement will be on Saturday, May 9, 2026. In order to create a seamless day, we are in need many volunteers.

More details will be provided via email, but please note that there will be a mandatory in-person volunteer training on Friday, May 8th at 3:00p.m. in the Alfond Sports Center. If you sign-up to volunteer, you will receive a calendar appt. for the training. Volunteers participating in the Holt ceremony on May 9th, will need to be at the Alfond Sports Center by 12:00p.m. (refreshments will be provided).
