Inwood CSA Volunteer Sign Up 2025

Please sign up for your volunteer hours below. The 2025 volunteer requirement is SIX SHIFTS per share. This can be broken down any way you like; we most especially need help on the set-up shift. Task descriptions are as follows:

SET UP 3:30-4:30 in the fall (6 Volunteers)
Be on site and ready to unload the truck promptly at 3:30. The Parks Department requires that the truck be on site for as short a time as possible, so we must work quickly! We will also spread out the tarps, set out the produce, and label the share amounts. This shift ends early once all the work is complete.

SITE COVERAGE 4:30-6:30 (1 volunteer for each of 2 slots)
Provide support for our site manager or cover if the site manager needs to step away for a few minutes. You will monitor the pickup of vegetables, help people sign in, and answer questions about that week's share.

PACK UP 6:30-7:30 (1 volunteer)
Volunteers should arrive by 6:30 to begin the packing up process. We will clean up the area in order to leave it the way we found it.

DONATE FOOD 7-8pm (1 volunteer and their share partner if desired)
Take leftover produce to the community fridge at St. Jude's Church at 205th St and 10th Ave. You should be able to transport them in your own wagon/cart. We cannot provide one for you. You are welcome to use a vehicle if you have one.
